\Jane HattonJane Hatton, Managing Director

Jane understands the varying needs of different business sectors, having spent 2 years working as an engineer, 10 years as a social worker, 14 years as an independent trainer and several years running her own business. She was a finalist in the Stelios Disabled Entrepreneurs Award 2008. Her qualifications include Further Education Teachers Certificate, MSc Human Resource Management and Post Grad Diploma in Training Management (Distinction) and has been published in both academic text books and journals.

\Gill BeardsGill Beards, Training and Development Manager 

Gill has worked in both the public and private sector including 17 years at management level. Her career highlights have included leading a team of trainers on one of the largest IT projects in Europe, delivering extensive national training both on time and to budget. Gill holds an MSc Human Resource Development, Diploma in Training Management, and an Institute of Training and Development Certificate. She is also qualified in Psychometric/Personality Profiling Levels A & B.

 

Farah Hussain\Farah Hussain, Consultant 

Farah focuses on helping organisations figure out what they need and has a solid track record of helping them achieve it. She has over fifteen years of experience specialising in designing and delivering training to senior managers in the areas of equality and diversity, personal development and cross cultural communications across a number of sectors including the pharmaceutical, motor rental and manufacturing/product industries.

Farah has a BA (Hons) in Social Policy, an MA in Human Resource Management, a Certificate in Coaching and NLP Practitioner status.

 

David Williams\David Williams, Consultant 

David\'s easy-going personality ensures he instantly bonds with his trainees, and there have been many of them during the last 20 years. He has spent the last two decades delivering personal, management and leadership development, equality and diversity training, anti-bullying and harassment, skills updating and recruitment and selection consultancy.

 

Bernie Wilde\Bernadette Wilde, Consultant

Bernie relishes the challenge of working with middle managers in private sector companies, specifically focussing on HR development, personal effectiveness and negotiation skills, time management and communication skills. Bernie is an associate with Liverpool John Moores University Business Development Centre and holds an Institute of Leadership and Management Coaching qualification. With extensive knowledge of the manufacturing industry she works with managers so they can deal more effectively with their teams and gain more confidence in their people management skills.

 

Tracie Jolliff\Tracie Jolliff, Consultant

After spending many years working in the front-line of child protection work, Tracie has held a variety of management roles giving her a sound knowledge of business.

As a consultant she has played a key part in leading transformational organisational change including coaching and training for managers and executives.  Tracie understands that successful training depends on excellent trainer skills so uses her sense of humour, knowledge and engaging personality to create change in business.

 

Simon CoxSimon Cox, Consultant

A Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, Simon brings 19 years generalist and strategic human resources management experience. Having worked in corporate, directorate and consultancy roles he understands the complex design, development, review and implementation support needs in large organisations.

 

Richard PurserRichard Purser, Consultant

Richard has worked at the highest levels of organisations, reporting at CEO and MD level, dealing with Marketing, HR and CSR functions. He combines his theoretical knowledge including a Diploma in Marketing, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Chartered Marketer and banking exams with practical experience of achieving benefits to help organisations such as Kingfisher Plc.

As Head of Relationship Marketing for West Bromwich Building Society he saw a 10% increase in profits, and his work with Leicester City Football Club led to increased support from target communities, sponsorship from business and additional income streams. As a Contact Consultant for McConnells Marketing Agency their client improved previous response rates by 520%.
