We can design a bespoke leadership or management development programme to meet the specific requirements your organisation has of its managers and leaders.

If required, we can tailor your programme to meet the requirements to achieve nationally recognised Institute of Leadership and Management qualifications. These can take the form of an Award, a Certificate or a Diploma, depending on the complexity and length of programme you require, and can be offered at any level from team leaders or first line managers to strategic leaders.

As an ILM accredited Centre we can design a programme to meet your needs as an organisation, the needs of individual delegates, and the requirements of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Training can be flexible in terms of timetables and delivery methods (a combination, say, of workshops, individual study, e-learning, written assignments, project work, group work and action learning sets) to suit your requirements, your timescales and your budget.
